Order Processing

Orders are prepared within 3-10 days business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, additional processing time may be required.

Shipping

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will appear at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Pure Class Collection. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used during checkout. Please allow time for the carrier’s system to update.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is accepted by the carrier, delivery delays and routing are controlled by the carrier. Customers should contact the carrier regarding tracking delays. Pure Class Collection will assist with available documentation but cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages marked delivered. Consider offering optional shipping protection if supported by your store platform.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly. Changes or cancellations are not guaranteed after an order is submitted. Contact Pureclasscollections@outlook.com immediately, and we will review the request if fulfillment has not begun.

Return and Exchange Policy

For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, all sales are final unless an item arrives incorrect or has a verified defect. To be considered, contact [BUSINE within [48 HOURS / 3 DAYS] of confirmed delivery and include your order number, clear photos, and a description of the concern.

Hair must remain in its original condition. Products that have been washed, brushed, combed, colored, cut, installed, unraveled, altered, or removed from original fasteners are not eligible for return or exchange. Approved resolutions may include replacement, store credit, or another remedy permitted by the final business policy.

Inspection Requirement

Customers should inspect all products before installation or alteration. Installing, coloring, washing, cutting, or otherwise changing the product confirms acceptance of the item’s condition.
